Me and my kids rights, please help and guide me - USA, Pakistan
My husband is in ILLINIOS, usa on h1b. He sent me and my kids to Pakistan with fraud while my h4 was expiring. He also did physical abuse with me twice.
Now he is not calling us back and not supporting our kids. I think he married over there but also keep me as a wife but i am not sure about it as no way to find out. I went to USA embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan for visit visa so that I can come to USA and get my legal rights but they said they cant give me b1/b2. Just get ur husband h1b original papers we will stamp ur h4 but my husband refused 2 give me his papers. My in-laws behavior is really bad with me and my kids, and my parents can’t support us for long. Please give/email me some legal advice how I can come back to USA and get child support from him. It would be a a crime in the USA for him to be married again while still married to you. If that is true he could be arrested.
