pretrial conference released
What is the name of your state?
WA My husband called police on me, but police arrested him. His pretrial conference released for 2 months. He said No objection re no contact order and NO guilty. What does it mean? What decision can be in two months? Thank you |

He may be found guilty of domestic violence. You should make sure he has counsel assist on this to keep it off his record.
