What is the regulation about Abuse of childnen?
What is the legal regulation about "abuse of children" and "molestation" on criminal laws, especially Italy?
I mean, if there is an act about nudging to a child who is under 14 or 15, no touching, what is the crime on Italian and other laws? In Turkey, if child is under 15, all sexual acts are exploitation. So, to tell to a child (under 15) a sexual word is the same with to touch her or him. So, what is the regulation on the other countries? Please write code and number and please give me this codes english link... |

You might just google "sexual abuse law children USA" and see all the info that appears. |
