Default UK - Evil Sister-in-law

We all have them, this one lives with us has been harrassing us in many ways.
Murder threats (audio and video recordings of it), GBH on me and my baby (video footages though not too clear as u can image when being hit) Locking me out of my own home. Her sworn affidavit is full of lies which will hopefully be picked off in court as she swore on the affidavit that she did not say she wants to kill us, nor hit us etc.
We had a non-molestation order given against her but on review it was withdrawn because we did not attend as we were abroad. There is bigger fish to fry.
We wish to prosecute her for all the above as well as slandering our name to all family and relatives. Not to mention the stress. Will we struggle to win?

Why is she still living with you?

can't you cut her out 100%?

Going to court over all that will not be easy as complaints such as those are often exempt from defamation etc.--it is up to the agency to report fraud and abuse of the system.

Well thanks but basically we want to get her done for those murder threats and the physical assault.
Surely her affidavit is riddled with obviously soon to be exposed lies that will be another charge against her.
Will the court not see any of that? Are you saying she will be scot free despite the taped evidence?

If you can show a consistent pattern of false complaints the judge can take action. So you certainly have a chance here it would seem.

But any one complaint itself is normally exempt from any legal action if the complaint was made to the appropriate authority--even if such complaint is rejected.
