Childrens best interest

My cousin had her 2 children taken away 5months ago because her exhusband has filed that her new husband is sexually molesting his (exhusbands) children, the children are currently living with their father and step mother and step sister with a new baby on the way, The children have had checkups done, with no results of any molestation. The children also hasve seen 2 different psychologist that state there is no sign of any wrong doing and just want to know when they can go back home (to mommy). The trial has been postpone 3 times, the mother never sees the kids except occassionally 1 time a week supervised. Her family and even aunt, uncles, grandparents are not allowed any contact with the kids, the police keep making trips to my cousins house to get toys and belongings of the kids. Nothing has been proved but its now been 5 months without her kids, however her exhusbands family has had several people that has had the shildren taking away for alot of differsnt reasons, None of this seems right and I am thnking about sueing for temporary custody of the children to remove them from all of this but I dont know if I can, or even What I need to do to help them PLEASE HELP

As a cousin you would not have that great of a priority but you could try if no other family members are available.
