50B restraining Order
I applied 50B restraining order in Greensboro NC. But Lawyer in legal association told me it is low percentage that I win in this court because the last physical abuse happened in June last year. I didn't know about the law. I just knew about 50B, so I applied. The court is on this wednesday, tomorrow. What should I prepare to win this court?
I am very scared of my husband who did physical abuse for over 4 years. I have still pain on back and neck. I have Xray picture that is proof. |

Bring any and all evidence of abuse--and witnesses too if any exist...that is all you need.
