I know that my nephews are being abused by their mothers live in boyfriend her two kids who are not his he abuses them so that the school has call CPS ib philly and it is disgusting how CPS allowed the kids to go back home to them when the offer was made for them to come to family they gave her provisional as long as the boyfriend leaves well he didn't, CPS was called again and the person who is investigating called ahead and told the mother that another report of abuse was made and allegations that the boyfriend was back in the house deplorable. Heres the kick she moved from nj amid dyfs investigations and she is preparing to move again because now he was arrested for child endangerment,abuse and dummy went and bailed him out. It is not the situation that he is providing for her family at all, he is pursuing his career as a criminal-rapper.Our family is frustrated and disgusted because you try to do the right thing and protect the children and the "agencies who promote and ensure the well-being of children"do retarded things like this. Trust me as a person who is getting their degree in social work i complained to the workers supervisor(still no response to me)who told the worker who told the mother. where is the confidentiality?I really don't care that she knows its me but others who try to avoid conflict with the mother( she is a vicious,nasty,spiteful young woman who is also a liar)yet help her kids. Its sad that you have people who are parents who have NO vested interest in giving thier kids security. Also no she isn't a good mother either she will tell you herself that she" loves her kids but doesn't like them, they are irritating to her". This genius is pregnant again. I don't believe in mandating birth-control yet this is sad. Where is CPS, DYFS, somebody its just......

All you really can do is let CPS and the police know your concerns.

Or if possible you can try to deal with the family yourself but that is of course all voluntary. It is very hard to force any other changes as the household is fairly well protected by law unless clear danger exists.

Have you tried contacting the kid's father? Maybe he can get involved and help out by taking the kids to a better situation. Some mom's just can't provide safe places and if she's being abused to she may not feel like she can leave. Maybe dad can help??
