assault on a family charges

I was arrested on assault charges filed by my wife. She filed the charges after i told her i was leaving her. After i was released from jail, she sent me text messages..saying that she wanted to talk, i did not answer, then my step son, sent me a text message saying she would meet me if i did not involve the family and not any of my friends...she then she said that she would meet me anywhere to talk to me....i did not answer...after 10 text msg, she said since I was not being amicable, she was going to fill a formal protective order against me...
Now I have a court date for the protective order and the bogus assualt charges...
In her statement she said I threaten to kill her. However, she said that she wanted to meet me and I did not...she sent this to me the day after I was arrested....How do I prove that she is lying???
