Terrorestic threat in Hawaii
In Honolulu Hawaii my husband abused me daily and one day we were loud and neighbor called the cops. They came to the door just in time to hear me say let me go or I'll kill you. Long story short I was aressted for terroristic threat and abuse of a family member and I now have five years probation. This is in Hawaii. Do they have me flagged at the airport? Can I apply for a passport? I don't want to ask probation. I don't want them to think that I am a flight risk. Also if I apply for passport at the post office and it comes up that I'm a felon will they arrest me.

If you went to court properly and are on probation then you should not have any problem.
