really need help
my wife left me for another man which was a friend of mine, so to get our son back she went and lied and told judge i threatend her life and got me arrested and then got a tpo order , we went to a tpo hearing and i did,nt knowi needed a lawyer so they extended it for a year untill i contest it, the day i left the courtroom she called me 3 times and the next day she came and parked in the neighbors yard wanting me to sign some papers for her i have 2 questions can i get her for breaking the tpo for calling me and does a divorce paper throw out the tpo order if i sign the papers will the tpo order still be in affect
