Injunction advice

Hi, i have currently got a injunction against me by my ex which is stopping me from being abusive towards her etc and also not allowed to go around to the property to gain access, which i would not do either.

we was together for about 5 years and have 2 children together, it all started a few months ago when things where getting stressed between us with one problem or another, we then had a big row and i got arrested for common assault as was said that i knocked into her, since then i have had a injunction made against me, and i have not been back to the property or have contacted her in anyway since, im still allowed to see my 2 kids which is being sorted out,

So im back in court re the injunction soon but was wondering what is my changes of getting it removed as at some point would like to be able to collect my kids from the property etc and once things calm down and on talking terms again be able to get things sorted out.


So my question is what are the changes of this getting dropped next time where in court as done everything in the order plus i would not do it anyway.

Yes that is possible. It could start with supervised contact or you could offer to get anger counseling as well etc.

In time those orders normally do get lifted.

hi, i have bin with my boyfriend for 4 years now. at christmas we split up he was with another girl for a few months. me and this girl had a fight at christmas i got arrested and was all delt with she diddent press charges, she got pregnant.. now in back with my boyfriend, the baby has arrived now and she is trying to get an injuction at on me,,, .. can she do that i left her alone sience the time we had a fight. can she get an injuction out on me just because she dont like me and dont want me around her baby im still with the baby dad. .. can she get an injuction
