husband is denying marriage
my sister got married to a non resident indian in new york early this year.the marriage took place in india.but due to domestic violence she had to leave her home abruptly leaving behind all her belongings.a few months later when she went to his home to take back her belongings she wasnt even allowed to enter the house.she then filed for protection.during the hearing her husband denied having married her.please advise what step she should take now??????
