I dont know what to do!
My 17 year old friends parents have forced him to satay outside in the fridgid winter. Is that leagle?

Did they give him a tent and a sleeping bag ! and some cold weather clothing? Good training for a military career .... You should provide more info such as length of time outside, missed meals, reason for this is ? maybe the 17 Y/0 needs some reality... who knows life is tough outside maybe its a lesson for later in life. I don't think any caring parent would want to harm there own child. Longterm issue call the cops
