Help... fiance in trouble OREGON

My fiance walked in on me having sex with his best friend... i had COMPLETLY drunk and blacked out... dont remember most of it... My fiance was also VERY drunk SNAPPED! We have never had a problem and had I not been so wasted it NEVER would have happened! NE ways he hit me 2 times and when he heared me cying he just STOPPED I think he realized what he had done. well i left and called the police... not to have him arrested I just wanted a mediator to calm him down... well he ended up goin to jail for 4 days..... NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE B4 in his life! We have been together for 7 years and have 2 children... I just want him home or at least to talk to him so that we can figure out what is goin to happen... he has a no-contact order untill the 25th I am goin CRAZY I would not be here if i thought he would ever do this again!!! We need help... thats all! How can I get the no-contact order dropped?

call your local domestic violence hotline. if it is a temporary restraining order, which is a civil matter, you can request it to be dropped. if it is a no contact order as part of the condition of bail, that is more difficult to do.

I don't know if you found any information.>> Did you get an answer to your question? Did they drop the NCO? I am in a similar situation and won't know until Nov 21 if the judge will dismiss the NCO, so we can work things out and be a family again. It sucks.
