Can't get husband out of the house ???

That last post was so incoherent I cannot even find a question or even a valid point. Is there either in there? Most of it is just bottom feeder vulgarity.

Your kidding right? A woman is supposed to up root her children because the man wants to be in control? She does have the option to go to a battered womens shelter...But have YOU ever been to one of those? Its very scary for young children. I know because i have been in that situation. Although i would come home to him hiding in my daughters closet. One night, i didnt know he was there, he beat me for 4 and a half hours. I spent 4 days in the hospital, and went through 2 surgeries. He was later picked up for attempted murder. He received 10 years for what he did to me and my children. He got out a couple of years ago, i have since moved to another state because i heard he was looking for me again.

I'm in the same situation. I bought my house before I ever got married. I told my husband I wanted to seperate. He came at me with I don't have anywhere to go. I keep asking him to leave but he won't he just keep saying throw me out then. The mortgage is not his, the deed is not in his name. He had no part in me buying that house and he doesn't pay the mortgage. He can barely pay for his self let alone any of my bills. What do I do.

Begin eviction proceedings. You can force evict him from the home if you do not want him living there.
