Help. My husband's ex-wife is stalking me

By the way, they were never even married...they had a 3 year relationship and had a child in the midst of it. She has completely gone over the deep end...tells me they are sleeping together in one conversation and then tells the judge what a piece of crap he is. How can you claim to be sleeping with someone on Monday and be in court on Friday telling the judge you are afraid of him? HELLLLLLPPPPPPPP

My husbands ex makes up lies that my son touches her daughter. She also told authrities I RUN AN ILLEGAL day care.I dont even watch one child. The list goes on.Bottom line she gets away with it even though they are proven lies.Then lies about it.Why cant these woman be prosicuted for for intentenally telling lies to hurt someone?

My Husband's ex is driving me to divorce him. He has full custody of his 10 year old Daughter, and I have my 2 sons. She has called DFACS on us 5 times, the police just keep showing up.

I worked with a Family agency to get a Stalking TPO. She violated it the first day and went to jail. They let her out. The judge granted the 12 Month Stalking order against her and it hasn't helped. I wish I had never met my husband because his ex makes my life hell. What wedding or Honeymoon? What ring? He spends all of his $ on legal fees!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRR!

Well, I had the same issue, my husband had been divorced from his ex wife
for 10 years when we first met, so it wasn't like I had broken up their
marriage or anything. She is also very very well respected in the community
ect. She would come to my job where I worked and just starred at me, followed me constantly.

Basically, I called the courthouse in the city where we live in and they said
if I felt threatened, all I would have to do is file a report on her and state
why I feel threatened, and if anything were to happen to me, her name would
be on it.

My husband told his son and the problem was solved. She didn't want those
charges anywhere on her record, and because she has such a wonderful
reputation (no one really knows what she did) she stopped.

Needless to say, she had done this to another one of my husband's friend's
right after their divorce, so it's obvious she is the one with the problem.

By the way she remarried 2 years after they divorced, so I would say she
has alot of issues. I completely understand your problem, but call the courthouse and see what they say.
