While involved in a relationship i dated a co-worker who conceived a baby boy. In december 2004 she approached me asnd told me and family members that the baby was mine and that she wanted to divorce her husband. I told her that I was not interested in a serious relationship with her and that I was already involved with somebody else. When she gave birth she would bring the child to our work place, but after a few months i had to fire her due to her constant arguing. However I did asked her to sit down with me and discussed how we were going to deal with the baby, child support, visitation etc, she then told me that she had told her husband that the baby was in vitro because her husband had given her $20K for the treatement, she also just became a US citizen thru him. When I insisted on my parental rights she became very afraid of been deported, she went to the state of maryland and filed a rape charge stating that her pregnancy was due to a rape, luckily the county detectives beleive me and thru away the complaint she then went to Washington DC and filed domestic volence charges of stalking and threats because I had called her three times in a week period, during trial I was told that if the "victim" perceives been afraid then I was guilty of the charges! i was sentenced to 60 days and three years probation. During a recent hearing the "victim" told a judge that she thought I had put a drug on a coke i gave her and she thought i raped her after two year before she gave the police a detailed statement saying that i had forced her, grabbed her, lower her panties and raped and sodomized her! HOW CAN I MAKE THE COURT SEE ALL THIS LIES AND CLEAN MY RECORD!!!!

I would suggest you get professionals involved to show that her claims are not supported by any evidence and in fact that the evidence refutes her claims.
And sue her for damages if she is outright lying about all of this. |
