If I have a "no contact" domestic violence restraining order against me
yet the other party constantly calls me for conversation, leaves me voice mails, text messages, and picture mail, isn't that a violation of their own order? |

Yes it is.
Keep a record of that and show it to the judge. The person cannot be contacting you and at the same time seek such an order. |

for how long is a restraining order good for in time

usually it is dated...check the order
and then they have to reapply if they wish otherwise it can be good until lifted |
