Default right for support

i filed an annulment last April 2007. May of the same year, we were asked by the agency where he is working to submit a memorandum of agreement that my husband will be supporting me and will continue to support till our annulment is granted. But in his new contract this year, he intented not to include me in his allottes. Should i file a case against him for not complying the MOA of not giving me support?

i don't understand? you filed an annulment and still want him to suport you? why? get a job. do it yourself. obviously you weren't married to him for that long if you were granted one. if nto been to final court date yet, file against him and have him arrested. simple as that. get your paperwork together first. not too hard.

Thumbs Up Re: right for support

Of course, i have a job.. I should have filed a case for support during our marriage cause he was not supporting me then.. i only got the strength to file a case against him when i found out that I'm loosing my self esteem. Im very much abused mentally, Then i decided to file an anullment.. though I'm still waiting for the decision, I've got my life back to way i want it to be...

New thread is at the top left when you pick any topic--start at the first page, click the world law logo at the top left of this page and go from there.
