Need HELP: Have dealt with numerous abuses of the legal system for some 8+ yrs. Have perfected my appeal of a malicious, vertualy bogus ex parte {in no way did the info in the application meet requirements of the code} and final protective order--ex parte allowed her to conceal vital physical evidence that would prove she had committed perjury--evidence is now in my possesion. Also discovered and have evidence she made serious false alligations yrs ago. My office was in the home--she has refused to deliver any of my equipment and records--attempted a temporary restraining order on my account--taken away my business-my ability to make a living alongwith numerous personal items. Time to say ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Any direction or advise with the appeal would be greatly appreciated--over the months have found nothing that would help. Would like nothing more than for a man in the same boat to be able to find a case that succeeded-have some hope. Far more Info--try to be brief. P S: she was fiance`
Thanks in antisipation of consideration |

Will be attending court on a protective order appeal. The protective order was against me by my ex-wife filed right after our custody hearing. She had did something similar with her previous husband. I filed for custody of my son because she was/is on drugs off and on. Its not likely that she'll be present at the appeal. How should I proceed?

Unfortunately, attorneys assist in the clogging of our court systems with these types of frivolous charges. All too many Protective Orders are trumped up in nature, but judges sign them anyway. It's another area that needs serious reform.
Proceed by showing up with a good attorney. Keep fighting until you get the resolution you are looking for. |
