tradekey.com fraud scam Fuzhou XC

I ordered 20 reproduction Honda mini trail bikes from China Sunrise Vehicle Company. Kevin, their representative, assured me that the vehicles were EPA Certified. After getting my $6,800 Kevin informed me that they made a mistake and that the mini bikes were not certified.

For months, I have been trying to get my money back. I have jumped through many different hoops and always I've met with a new excuse why the money could not be refunded. Everything from the paperwork not being worded quite right to the China Bank not allowing funds to be sent back. In lieu of a refund, I'm always told to just pick another of their products. I have no use for any of their other products. I'm not sure that I would even get them if I did.

How can I get my money back? I have found Kevin, their representative to be very disingenuous.

hi, I am looking into using tradekey or alibaba.. I have a couple questions..

How trustworthy are the Gold Key members on trade key?
Is there a list of reputable manufacturers/suppliers in China available on the internet?
How trustworthy are the trade sites in general? Do they take any responsibility for fraud?

You can have world law staff check out a company if need be. They charge a modest fee normally.

My recommodation to you: if you do not want to loose your money,do not trade wiht so call "Corporation. International etc" listed on TradeKey or Alibaba. They are all scams ( at least 80% of them).I have tried so many, but after simple qustion about their official website, business address, or fax number, I have not heard from them anymore.

NEVER,NEVER,NEVER pay by T/T or Western Union.You throw the money in the bin and you get same result.

Here is Lanbo Trading Company. Brent not told everyone the truth,we shipped the same order to him,but he complained that we sent different order,we told him to take photo to us ,we want to check with our guy for him,but he never did it,how can he proof his words? how can he said that so?

BEWARE FRAUD SCAM

On 8/31/2007 I received a information from tradekey.com that a company by the name of Really WST Trade Co., Ltd had the electronic that I was looking for and wanted to do business with my company. I contacted the Company and gave him a list of products that I was interested in. He sent the invoice with payment details ---i paid in 09/05/2007 with WESTERN UNION--they told me that they will shipment next day, but from that day I never received anything and they never answer my Emails.
