Sarah,

If you get scammed here, no amount of websites, links, or a barrister sister will be able to help you. You have to save yourself the effort and just kiss it goodbye. Certainly you can try and get it back through government authorities, but you'd be wasting your time. I suggest you read this and others on my blog before wasting a lot of time and emotional energy: China's Money Mules - And Why You've Lost It For Good | The Safely Sourcing China Blog

They are. I just found out the hard way. Their website is shut down and they've probably gone underground only to resurface with a new name and a new scam. I sent them a Western Union Money Transfer for 100 Kingston USB drives. I recieved 10 drives and they were counterfeit. I researched (Googled) the company before I placed the order and at that time (September 2009) there where no complaints. Now this. Ugggh.

I can onéy think of one way to get rid of spammers, and those money stealing good for nothing companies.

first of all, western union and such payment methoods are asking only for problems.

Actualy whenever I buy something from a distributor, the verry basic thing is I PAY WHEN I RECIVED THE GOODS, and did check everything arrived safely, and no damage has been done.

if by qunatity, or quality wise the goods are not good, I simply refuse to pay, and the whole stuff gets shipped back to where it came from, and the whole shipping cost is on the seller.

thats all.

Hi there....I have been scammed by Yexing Trade Company also....by $310!!! I am absolutely furious and upset that they have stole my money. One good thing is that Tradekey has stopped them from sellingand have suspended their account. However Tradekey have told me to get in contact with the Chinese Embassy Consumer Services? Does anyone know about this? Cannot find much info as I want to really want to get these scammers.

This money was part of my new business that I am setting up and sent for a DSLR camera but I will have to put this on hold. Really frustrated
