Default china--problem with supplier

We researched for a long time to find what we thought was a reputable supplier and negotiated prices for goods including delivery to our door in Cyprus. Once we agreed on everything we arranged payment by bank transfer from our account in England to an account in China given to us by our supplier. After approximately 2 weeks our supplier stated that they had not receive our payment so we contacted out bank to put a search on the payment. The payment left our account in England on the 28th October and we received a phone call from our bank today stating that they have had word from the Bank of China to say that the payment was received by the supplier on the 1st November. We still have the bank details and contact details of our supplier is there anything we can do next to get our money back.

...file in court in China as well if you know who and where they are for certain. You may also be able to file in a US court depending how your agreement was arranged. WLD can also track them down, prosecute and collect -- they have over 260 lawyers in the group group covering all U.S. states and 26 countries including all of China --

Thumbs Down Re: china--problem with supplier

Foreign importers has been importing large quantity of seafood from China every year,we recognize that majority of Chinese seafood exporters are honest and reliable, but we also have very pain experience with some fuc*ing bad Chinese exporters who just want money out of your pocket.

After careful consideration, repeat abservation and the discussion with friends in China and fellow importers in Europe,we have to expose the following company who made several foreign companies almost out of business because of their false promise, bad delivery, bad quality, mafia style and cheating.

The company is based in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,China:
Fujian Haiding Global Foods Co., Ltd
Fujian Yuansheng Food Industry Co., Ltd

Fujian Yuansheng Food Industry Co., Ltd is said to be the same company as Fujian Haiding Global Foods Co., Ltd,only with different name, they may use other company names to trade with you,be aware, this company is good at put up good faces, such as nice website, good offices, contract with farms here and there, beautiful office girls, trade shows and "one of biggest" etc etc, dont be cheated, those things is faked or half real half fake, the purpose is for you to open LC or to make prepayment, like our foreigners is stupid.
Once you are in the hook, you are likely in s*it.
They will hold your prepayment infinitely, they will ship you a load of crap products collected here and there.

No matter what name they use, their head is one man name Linming(or Lin Min,something similar),to quote one description from alibaba.com is best fit to summery his true identity:

He is mean, evil, and bloody-fake, he acts SUPER nice when he thinks you can be used or havested but he is a MANIPULATIVE scammer.

Anything related to him is considered seriously as virus, trojan house.

Fujian Haiding Global Foods Co., Ltd or Fujian Yuansheng Food Industry Co., Ltd is a scam, please think carefully before you make any deal with them.

We learnt recently that this scammer got potential investment from CLSA Capital Partners,we no longer can stand it,we are trying to contact CLSA Capital about all these bad things otherwise victims will be more.

we published this alert in the following websites after read pages in alibaba.co*(a Chinese BtoB website),hope you happen to see it.
