Do not lose your money by sending it to China Sunrise Vehicle Company. Trade Key shows that they have 100 points for being reputable, but I have proven to them that Kevin at China Sunrise not only lied to me about his vehicles meeting EPA Certification, but that he has stolen my money from me.
Trade Key promised to lower their 'Trust Points' but they never have. What good is it to give trust points to a company that not only misrepresents itself, but that steals from its customers? I have sent Kevin a dozen or more emails asking where the agreed upon refund is, but I never hear back from him. Please do not send this man your money, you'll never get your money back, or the product that you ordered. Trade Key's trust points are a worthless barometer. AVOID both Trade Key and China Sunrise Vehicle Company. I've lost many thousands of dollars. |

I have had a similar experience. Its very frustrating to have spent so many months proving my claim to Trade Key and see that they have done nothing to reduce the "Trust Points" awarded to China Sunrise Vehicle Company. I sent a copy of every email that I had exchanged with Kevin at China Sunrise to a representative at TradeKey named Absar Kazmi, a TradeKey Customer Support Consultant. Mr. Kazmi sent a note to Kevin asking for an explanation and never heard back from him. Mr. Kazmi assured me that they were going to lower China Sunrises "trust points" many, many months ago, but it never happened.
I see that other companies like TradeKey list China Sunrise Vehicle Company with the same exact format and 100 'trust points' as TradeKey does. For example, theres 'Find2Trade' 'Suadicommerce' and Its all a scam. Do not "trust" any of it. If you send China Sunrise any money, you will lose it. Kevin is very friendly and helpful until he has received your money. After that, he is no longer friendly. You will not see the items your ordered, or your money again. China Sunrise is indeed a scam and fraudulent company. In one correspondence to me, Kevin threatened to reduce my refund if I complained to anyone about what he did to me. I have that email as well. It didn't matter because he didn't refund to me what he agreed to refund anyway. When I sent all of this to Absar Kazmi, I never heard back from TradeKey again either. It makes me wonder what value there is in TradeKey's 'Trust Points' when you can't even trust TradeKey to care about the buyer. Its been over 4 months now and TradeKey still has China Sunrise's trust points as 100. Its a joke and a scam. Don't fall victim to it. Don't even contact China Sunrise Vehicle Company. I contacted China Sunrise to buy motorcycles to import into America. Kevin, the person that contacted me from China Sunrise assured that the motorcycles that I was interested in were EPA Certified. He even sent a copy of the certification to prove it.
As soon as I sent my money and told Kevin that it had been wired, I got an **Urgent** email letting me know that the motorcycles weren't certified. How could this be? What was the certification for that he supplied to me? Was it a fake? He told me to pick another product. I was told my a customs worker that if the vehicles weren't EPA Certified, that they wouldn't be allowed in the country. I was confused and wasn't interested in another of the products that they offered. Besides, how was I to know if he would lie about the certification to me like he already did? What would I do if uncertified bikes arrived? The customs agent told me that they would be shipped back to China. I told Kevin that I wanted my money back. He replied by saying that the Chinese Government had a law that forbid the return of US Dollars. How absurd is that? I said to send back Chinese Yuan and my bank would convert. I spent many months trying to get my money back. He asked me to send invoices and jump through all kinds of ridiculous hoops to "get the money through the Chinese Bank." Finally, Kevin wanted to send back about half of what I sent him saying that they had already purchased product to fill my order. This seemed impossible to me. I received the **urgent** notice within a week of my wiring the funds to him. What kind of 'expense' could my order have generated? He suggested that I buy ATV's for Christmas presents instead of getting a refund. I didn't want to give ATV's. I didn't want anything to do with Kevin any longer. He was obviously not worthy of trust. To this date, more than a year later I have not received a penny back of the money that I sent to China Sunrise Vehicle Company. I am a widow with young children and tried to make money by setting up a motorcycle business. Kevin at China Sunrise Vehicle Company stole my money. I have no motorcycles and no money. Kevin doesn't even bother returning my emails asking about the 50% refund that he was willing to send me. I got nothing. Please avoid this company. Kevin even went so far as to threaten me by telling me that if I complained to anyone, he would withhold my refund. He never sent it anyway. I found this horrible company through Trade Key. They have done nothing to help me. Don't trust Trade Key or their "Trust Points." Donna Irwin |

I can state that my experience with China Sunrise was very similar. They should be investigated. The contact for the company was a guy named Kevin and he was very friendly until he got my money. After that, I was on my own and he no longer responded to my emails. My order was troubled from the time he got my money until the point in time that I realized that I had been had. Trade Key doesn't care.
Dont trust these people. Dont trust Trade Key. I guarantee that you will be taken to the cleaners. |
