China Sunrise Vehicle Company *AVOID* Fraud, Deception, Theft

I do not have experience with this company but do have experience with trade key trust points.

As far as I can tell, trust points only deal with trust between trade key and the company, not between the company and buyers.

There is no subsitute for a relationships in China. If dealing with a company that I dont know. I normaly start slow and ask for references in the US (or Europe). If they have none, become suspicious. If they give references, call them, this is often a revealing experience. You can not rely on the trading fourms, remember they get paid by the seller, so that is the only relationship they value.

If you are dealing with a substantial amount of money and you have not dealt with this company on larger sums, it is always best to get an inspection. There are several good companies that specialize in this sort of thing.

If you get beyond this point and feel like you can trust this company you are probably right. From here on value thse relationships and dont change suppliers without a compelling reason.... or that is my advise.

I think most importers get burned somtimes, but these risks can be managed or hopefully contained, and with caution you can build a trusted base of suppliers without going to China or hireing someone there.

...but that is based on my experience and what works best for me.

I just found this forum and wished that I knew it existed years ago. I had the misfortune of finding China Sunrise Vehicle Company when I wanted to develop a motorcycle sales business. They listed quite a product line. They called almost daily and emailed even more trying to get me to order.

They told me that all of their vehicles met EPA standards. Then, I ordered. When they got my money, suddenly it all changed. The bikes that I wanted didn't meet EPA standards, but I could order them anyway. When I called customs, they told me that any motorcycles without EPA Certification would not be allowed to enter port. What was I to do?

China Sunrise offered other products, but none interested me. When I asked for a refund, they said that the Chinese government would not allow American Dollars to be refunded. How silly is that? I replied "Fine, then send Yuan and I will convert." We went round and round for about 9 months or more with the problem always changing.

In the end, I got nothing. The person at China Sunrise stopped responding to my emails and I was out over $6,000.00

Do not use this company. They are outright liars, fraudulent no good son of a *****es. Thieves is too polite of a term for these bastards. They deserve to be shot. The whole company is a scam. It's set up to steal from people trying to make a living. I spent all the money that I had saved for years to try and get a business started only to have my dreams dashed by con artist thieves.

Its a shame that places like "Trade Key" aren't required to show messages like mine to warn others. Instead, they do nothing. Trade Key is an abomination as well.

Please do not lose your hard earned money by sending it to these lying thieves! They will tell you ANYTHING to get your order. Once they get your money, your SCREWED! They will have a problem with the order. Guaranteed! They will suddenly no longer make the item you want, or it will not be EPA Certified as they promised, or they will not be able to get the parts to build etc.

You will go frantic trying to get your money back to no avail. They will just stop writing back and you lose your money.

AVOID CHINA SUNRISE and AVOID TRADE KEY. Their "TRUST POINTS" mean NOTHING! Even after proving to Trade Key that China Sunrise ripped me off, they did NOTHING about reducing China Sunrise' trust points. They wrote me that they would reduce them, but they never did. Worthless, absolutely WORTHLESS!!

AVOID BOTH. Send your money to a homeless shelter or something and you will at least feel good about how you spent it.

Avoid these lying *******s. They stole money from me promising a product that they didn't have. They took my money saying that they could deliver something that I found on TradeKey. Kevin, their chief con man promised delivery of 30 motorcycles. AFTER getting my money (which he hounded me for), he wrote an email back marked "ugent" saying he couldn't get the motorcycle any longer.

No, he couldn't refund because the Chinese Government forbid it. I would have to buy something else. I never got anything else and I never got a dime back.

Avoid both China Sunrise and TradeKey.

I almost got caught by these *******s too. I got a bad feeling when this guy named Kevin kept pushing and pressuring me to send money. I'm glad I didn't.

I say forget buying anything from China. Bunch of liars and thieves.

Sites like this should all link together to carry the message.

Anyone thinking of trading with an overseas company shoudl do as much background checking as they can and thats where sites like this and www.trends-fitness.com can really help protect us.

Advice to administrator - why not contact other sites carrying warnings and try linking together.

Its time we closed 'the net' around these companies for the good of us all.

Trade Key promised to lower their 'Trust Points' but they never have. What good is it to give trust points to a company that not only misrepresents itself, but that steals from its customers?

I have sent Kevin a dozen or more emails asking where the agreed upon refund is, but I never hear back from him. Please do not send this man your money, you'll never get your money back, or the product that you ordered.

Trade Key's trust points are a worthless barometer. AVOID both Trade Key and China Sunrise Vehicle Company. I've lost many thousands of dollars.
