Bad / faulty equipment shipped from China

Hi,
i imported some cnc machines form China and i paid this company usd 20000 for the cost of machines but to my shock none of the machines are working as well as the company is non co-operative. They want me to pay more money so they can send some parts which MAY result in the machines working.
They also send me damaged materials and Chinese computers in all software in Chinese.
I am calling them in Skype and phone but all they are doing is making more demands for money and making excuses that they cannot do anything bec the costs have gone up now.

Can anyone here help me recover my money or somehow force the company to co-operate and fix the machines atleast.

I wish to inform you that you can contact China Embassy in USA for necessary assistance or action which they can take. Further you can initially send a written notice to Chinese supplier with your demands and if they are not met then you can file a suit in China for breach of contract. You can hire a local Chinese lawyer and file a suit in China.
