Ems shipping... Can it still be a scam or it's it legit?

I ordered from china and its shipping with ems and there has been up dates. Can it still be a scam or it's it legit?

I wish to inform you that you can check from the website as to the fact that whether any package has been sent through EMS or not. In this if you are having EMS reference number then you can fill your number and can know correct details of post. You may contact US Post for further verification and location of package at anytime you may desire. As regards scam the contents of the package cannot be verified unless it is received. Thus receiving of package can only verify whether there is a scam or not.
