Recently I had a very bad experience with one company from Chine which sells laptops on line. I sent by western union $3500 to United Trading Co LTD they from their side sent me an original company proforma invoice with description of the laptop, price etc. What was my surprise when I received the laptop and opened to see an old broken and damaged laptop of a different brand with a Chinese software worth 50$. The invoice that came with the laptop says clearly old laptop worth $50. After confronting the company they said that they sent a new laptop as per description on the proforma invoice but the shipping company has swapped them. I have all our correspondence and document proving I am speaking the truth. They also say they are not responsible because they say the shipping company EMS has swapped the new laptop with and old one, however after I ask them for a document which proves that they have sent the right laptop, they just stopped communicating with me. This company is a Gold member and has a trust pass on ALIBABA website. is there a chance I can get my money back or receive the ordered sample?
I truly would like to do business with China, but no one gives me any guarantee that if I send beforehand 100% of the cost will get anything at the end. I have online shop and have created a market for Chinese electronics my question is how can I trade safely with Chinese manufacturers and is there anyone from China who can overlook and monitor shipments? What would be the fees and what is the minimal order? How can you help me in my safe trading with China? Also is there a service in China which would accept money on delivery? Pay Pal is a safe way to pay but China does not accept and does not want to use Pay Pal. |

You may file a police for fraud, and file in court where they live as well if you know who they are. WLD can also track them down, prosecute and collect though they normally do charge a basic fee for that. WLD has 280 lawyers in the group covering all U.S. states and 26 countries
You could also have the lawyers check out the company in China before you buy for future purchases. |
