Fraud - Newhorizon Electronic Trade Co Ltd Payment made by TT in the amount of $1780 USD for purchase of digital pocket scales. (13 Dec 10). Product not received and supplier has avoided contact and not returned emails. They do however reply to inquiries I have sent from alternate email addresses then discontinue contact when I disclose my identity. I wish to inform you that as the supplier has committed a fraud you may take a legal action in this regard. You may first write to the seller that if they do not perform their duties under agreement then you will take necessary legal action. You may file a complaint with IC3. IC3 is an organisation formed by FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance. You can file a complaint and then IC3 will investigate the matter.
