Angry Re: China scam on tradekey

In response to an Classified placed on Craig's List for employment I received the following email. I have chosen not to respond, but apparently this organization has other means for defrauding the public.

The email is actually from:vintagedeals@netzero.net

The email is as follows:

From: Vintage Deals Furniture
Date: 6/30/2008 7:04:35 AM
To: reidjackson@bellsouth.net
Subject: Re: Virtual Admin Assistant(Fin Secretary): Tyrone Buckley

Accept my sincere apology for responding this late to your resume. It is due to the large volume of application I have recieved during this summer period. I have to make sure that Qualified applicants are employed.

Thank you for your interest in our job position. I understand how competitive the Job market currently is. After a review
of your resume,Am very interested in your Entry Level as an Admin Assistant.I have gone through your resume and due to some certain factors you have been selected as one of the Possible candidate to be my Assistant administrative worker.

Company Profile

Vintage Deals Furniture sells Quality & Durable Home Furnitures and Furniture .I have my online stores at Vintage Deals Furniture where I sell out my products to the world at large.I can't do it without having a really great team. That's why I want to attract, develop and retain people who have a passion for service excellence and take real pride in the brand and what they do.With this focus, I aim to be a world class-brand.

I am looking to employ a financial assistant/secretary who'll handle billing and handle a full inventory of monthly billings, payments activities will be routed through him/her.You'll see my mini page where my products are listed(Vintage Deals Furniture) .It has been a worthwhile and lucrative business,so you know I run a real business. We should be handling the whole business on here but having a local secretary handle payments and having many hands on deck has it's advantages,I travel a lot for tradefair in different countries and when a buyer wants to make a purchase, when I'm on a tradefair trip. The buyer has to hold-on till i return, to place an order,on the long term. The effect is that our customers start sourcing for other suppliers. So having an admin assistant always at hand has it's numerous advantages.I have lost too many deals due to this and I'm trying to minimize to the least loosing customers due to this same issue.

Your duties as administrative/receivable assistants will includes:
-Handle payment transactions and balance payment
-Pay out to our creditors AND Partners
-live help for customers by checking your emails regularly

Once orders are received and sorted we deliver the product to a customer. In most cases we make our clients pre pay for orders or items they order for,Payment Methods of customers differs. This job is very challenging and you should understand it.We are considering your application because you satisfy the job requirements and Am sure you will be an earnest assistant. Please notify me of your interest in this job offer.

Buckley Tyrone
Head Operations
Vintage Deals Furniture

I have heard of this type of predator on a US News program: "DateLine." But anyone with any since of process would know that this is a scam.

Hope this helps!

E-mails that I have recived from the scammer:QINLIZHONG08@YAHOO.COM.

They will send you phoney shipping pappers to try and trick you into purchasing items they don't have. Remember lagitimate company's are not open in the early morning hours. These scammers are on aqll night knowing that the west is up and looking for products, that's when they take advantage.

I've been calling that number for an hour now and no one answers.

The website is a scam, phone numbers are scams, be very aware of www.qinlitec.com, google it, there is no information on them. Here's another email from the scammers, they will try and convince you that everything is okay. BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

It's very hard to trust, first your website is not up and running, and when I call the number doesnt want to go through. Im serious about buying, and also serious about getting ripped of. I JUST DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, AND THAT AREA IS KNOW FOR SCAMS!! i AM 100% READY TO PURCHASE NOW!! 5 WII'S WITH THE WII SPORTS, WII PLAY, REMOTES AND KNUNCHUCK!! I'M A SERIOUS BUYER THAT DOESNT WANT TO SEND MONEY THEN RECIEVE NO GOODS!!

ASK THE SCAMMERS THAT YOUR GOING TO BE IN THEIR PART OF THE CITY FOR VACATION, AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT THERE WAREHOUSE AND MAKE BUY ON THE SPOT, YOU'LL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN CASUE THEY CAN'T SCAM YOU IF YOU VISIT A WAREHOUSE OR COMPANY THAT DOESN'T EXSIST!!!
