Confused Re: China scam on tradekey

How do you think, if someone has 3000 trust points and he is gold member and offer cash on delivery 80% (I have to pay him 20% on company account before he will send goods) can I trust him???

Hello, this is fashionandmoda customer-service,

actually i dont know who you are because there is no contact email here, but you dont buy from fashionandmoda@hotmail.com you buy from another diffrent msn-messenger with the adress of xiu.fashionandmoda@hotmail.com

So as u can see on the diffrence of the email a cheater just add xiu.fashionandmoda so XIU.fashion is not from our company!!!

also your first order of 70 usd you bought was never made on our company fashionandmoda ltd

Pls also compare the payment details and u will see that the person you paid just use another payment name and not the ones from our company.

IF u also can see and compare the adresses on our website this email is not belonging to our company.

And seems you also dont read the readme files on the website??? its written there very important pls read:

and here is the link for it:

Picasa Web Albums - FASHIONANDMODA.COM 0 - MSN&EMAIL & P...

And for the future i want to tell all the foreigners buy from china. always compare the emails written on the website with the Msn messenger name, because many chinese people just make a similar msn messenger and try to cheat people. And also compare the payment details with that one written on the website.

So if people contact from a website and this email adress is NOT written on their website pls all block them.

this website is good to prtect from cheaters but my dear friend pls dont give the punishment to honest sellers from our company. the person who cheat you is NOT and i tell u again is NOT from our company!

regards

the REAL fashionandmoda-team

DO NOT ORDER from Xiamen Hongye Trading---Please be very cautious!! I spent over 3 weeks back and forth with them to purchase game consoles, and actually got documentation from them, BIC number, etc. FAKE. They stole my money, although they only got half. I ordered COD. I reported them to Tradekey, and until I send Tradekey proof for review(which I have, and will), they are still selling(stealing). They spammed me three times this week. Sigh.I like DHgate.

Don't do it!

There seems to be a common misconception that one can simply buy any branded product directly from China; I have to tell you that in most cases this simply isn't true.

If you wish to buy the product you want, you will have to go through an authorised dealer or distributor in your own country.

Although a large majority of hi-tech toys, gadgets, and games are produced here in China; they are produced to be legally exported to traders and dealers who have sole right of distribution in your country, or their other respective countries - not to be sold freely from China to anyone who wants them.

Consequently, the only thing you will find here is knock-offs – FAKES.

So, all I can say to you is, that unless you can find those legal distributors in your own country, through a request to the parent company, or producer, then I'm afraid you will only ever be cheated.

That will occur in one of two ways:

1. They’ll just take your money.

2. They’ll send you fakes of either very good to crap, in terms of quality.

Is this sinking in yet?

Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t buy from China.

It just means that you will have to forgo the famous brands, and choose some of the excellent, high-quality, OTHER brands – or no-name brands to you; and which are available for legal export to your country, and for which you can get very good deals and make a decent mark-up when you sell them.

Customers don’t want them?

Then buy some anyway, and TEACH your customers to want them.

That’s how brand names became brand names – and that’s how a true salesperson works.

It seems that the art of SELLING has been forgotten and replaced by the lesser art of TRYING TO MEET DEMAND.

Don't try to meet demands - try and educate clients and GENERATE NEW DEMANDS.

It used to be called - BREAKING A NEW MARKET.

I hope I've FINALLY made this clear.

Turst points dont mean any credibility at all to those seller. Tradekey itself dont screen individual seller.im a business consultant in China and i know how Tradekey works, they just let seller pay yearly services and the higher the fees, the higher the trust points.

My recommendation to all of you will be make research before u decide to deal with sellers. not all are scammer but avoid paying them through WU, or bank transfer or other that will let you unprotected. Second if you are new to trading business, you can also try to avail the item in your local city or country even price will be a little bit high. and when u establish good income and ready to buy more, then u can start to find reliable supplier in China or other countries.

Tradekey itself dont give any importance to the seller, all they want is to let them pay the membership fees and after they dont do anything at all. of course they are some honest seller in this site but i can say its really few that i can count in using my fingers.
