Same happened to me...

I ordered 10 jerseys (I then could get 11 jerseys in total) to be sent to South Africa almost a month ago. I paid the money via Moneygram, "Joyce" sent me the tracking number, but the tracking number NEVER could be traced. AND I HAVE'NT RECEIVED THE GOODS YET!!!

Since they sent me the "tracking number" I was in continuous contact with "Joyce", and every time she made empty promises and every time had a different story...

1. They are packing you order as we speak
2. EMS tracking takes longer than 2 days to track the parcel, check in another 2 days time...nothing...
3. Check EMS, it can only be checked after 2 working days...
4. "I will find out what is wrong with the package, and then send you email as soon as I hear from the shipper"
5. "The shipper forgot the package in the office, they gonna send it to you tonight"...(That was 2 weeks ago)
6. Last Week I got this reply: "You haven't received the package?"..."I'll try and figure out what is going on"
7. I will email you when I hear from the shipper...(This week)

So "Joyce" somewhere you are bull****ting us...

And I want some answers....And I want it NOW!!!!

Why do I get no responses from "Joyce" when I ask questions. I placed an order for 22 jerseys around Oct 10th, afterI waited 3 weeks I recieved only half. Every time i go to their "Live Help" and ask questions about it they always say they will get back to me and i never hear a response. So that is the first half I am missing and now, like the trusting person that I am I placed a second order. This time I had to argue with the live help to get tracking numbers and again I only recieved half of my order. the second tracking number when entered into usps.com has no records of this item. What the hell is going on with this ****ty company. I actually ordered a ton of jerseys from them and directed my friends to go there as well and I end up getting **** on like this??? I wish there was a contact for the main person running this crappy business.

Okay, so far so good. It may take Joyce a little while to get back to you because of the way this type of business is conducted in China. Joyce has been nothing but help. She returned my emails and completed my order. I received my tracking numbers and awaiting delivery. She only has the list of what is available at the time. She cannot ask the manufacturer of the jersey for what jersey you order until she has payed them. Word of advise, if you want to order a jersey have two or three back ups this way you will get what you want. Also some jerseys may not be in stock at the time of order so you may need to wait a week or two until the product is made. I will wait and see what is in the packages I ordered and keep you posted.

bestnfljersys.com is NOT a scam, or RIPOFF. It may take time to get what you ordered but they will come. Its not like here in the U.S.

Ok, so after endless emails to "Joyce" I've managed to get a reply out of her. Guess she's just busy then.

Apparently ems lost my package, so they are sending me a new package, but the tracking number stays the same?...Does this sound normal to you, because it is my first time ordering from china. Would appreciate if someone will let me know if this is standard procedure when stuff gets lost/doing business in china.
So now, I semi-back-to-the-start with this small order, awaiting again that the package tracking will show on ems and reach me sometime before chrismas...I sure hope...
("Joyce" promised in 2 or 3 days...as always??...starting today)

I'll retract my previous statement of this company being a scam if I do get my order and everything I ordered is in the package and everything is 100% right...

Until then...I guess all I can do is wait...

Here we go again. I ordered 47 jerseys two weeks ago. I have received 25 of them. I was emailed two tracking numbers for the remaining two packages. I checked the "tracking numbers" and one of the two numbers doesn't even tie back to a package. It is a made up number. The other number is being prepared for shipment? I am reassured by my friend Joyce that the packages on there way. We call that mail fraud here in the US. This company does only enough to get by, I spend upwards for 2000 a month doing business with company's in China. If my package are not here by Tuesday I will never do business with this company again. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Dont order from

They are a scam. They are a gold member, which makes me wonder about the standards of the trading websites nowadays.I lost $400 with them. I ordered 5 iPod touch, and they never sent the order and refused to return the money. After I placed my order, I wired the money through western union and I waited for a tracking number or a shipping confirmation, but instead they totally ignored my emails and phones, and they appear busy on my contact list all the time.I kept track of all the communications and the payment receipt.
