Default Can I legally market and sell a product that is still being manufactured in China
Can I legally market and sell a product that is being manufactured in China without having an inventory in the US? In other words, can I receive bulk orders for a product that has yet to be manufactured?

Yes, but you are fully liable if the product does not reach the buyer.

That is normally a fairly risky proposition.
