Default China registered trademark vs usa registered trademark
Hi,

I have a usa registered trademark and i have an office in china too. Some companies within china is using my trademark name. Can I legally sue them?

i think its not possible, your trademark is applicable only in usa. Any company outside usa ma y use that name
