Default How to protect yourself from being scammed (1)-using google

After I came to this forum, I have received three emails requesting help to get money returned from scammers. BUT, THERE IS LITTLE TO DO FROM MY SIDE regarding the amount wired, the location the scamer located, etc.

To avoid being scammed, you will need to:
1. Google the supplier's website;
2. Google the supplier's email address to check:
1) Any reports about the address?
2) what website the supplier visited with this address?
3. Google the supplier's phone#, sometimes you can get some info., when the website is in Chinese, use google trans.
4. Do business with those with office phone# and fax#, one of those contacted me asking help send me the scammer's contact info., and the scammer say their fax# is, for example: 13802018888-THIS IS THE FORMAT OF MOBILE# in China!

I will posted a series of such artcles on this forum, any questions, I will try my best to answer.

I am planning to start a business to help businessman such as you guys to collect products, check product quality and then send to you. How do you think about this? Will you accept this method? Which charging rate is acceptable for you for this service?
Thanks.

There seems to be a need. Maybe you could arrange it with World Law backing you. If they approved I think you would have more people trust the service. Just an idea??
