is this company a scam:
Company Name: Hefei Xinzhan Zone Qitian Mobile Phone Wholesale Department Street Address: Baizhou Road City: Hefei Province/State: Anhui Country/Region: China Zip: 230011 Telephone: 86-551-15056937166 Website: http://qitian.en.alibaba.com [Hefei Xinzhan Zone Qitian Mobile Phone Wholesale Department - Mobile Phone, Telecommunications Products, Electronic Products] I talked to them to get 2 samples of a graphic card, they said okay but to pay full price. I told them half price and the other half after I receive the product, they kept saying no until I called them on the above number and then they agreed. So it is urgent should I pay them or not ?? |

I chatted with one of their representatives for several hours and didn’t get any red flags. The product I am looking at is available for about half their price from other alibaba suppliers, their price seems much more in line with what I would expect. I am just getting into this and am not really sure. I have not found anything bad about them as yet. Getting them on the phone is of course a good thing...did you speak with more than one person? If its just one guy in his basement in his underwear then well you could have just talked to him. It seems to me that if you got them to agree to send you the product for half price until you get it that is a pretty good deal. I would really like to hear how it turns out as I am planning on making a purchase from them as well.

this supplier could not good as their provice is not good at providing such products.

yes there are lot of companies on alibaba that are totally scam. I have a personnel experience with an electronic company on alibaba, which send me fake items with the promise of original items,

well there are certain things you have to consider like location of the company, previosu history, just saerch for there name in google and you will surely find something about them. Also dont place a huge order at one time. Break it in chunks to be safe.
