purchase order contract only in English
Can we make our purchase order contract only in English? Buying 3000 card tables from a firm iin China.
They want two agreements--one a Chinese version, we want one. |

It can legally be in English only if you wish and if they agree.

most chinese suppliers would prepare a contract with both English and Chinese on one paper.
