Default Contract with Chinese firm

I am purchasing 18,000 USD of party equipment and toys from China. The firm has 35 employees. Can somebody help me draft a simple contract that will protect me if anything goes wrong. Don't want to spend a fortune. I know there is no 100% protection but I would like the basics covered. If this goes well, I will purchase regularly from them. I am already in the business in the US. I am in New Jersey if it matters.

I can help you find a Chinese lawyer here for comparatively little.

All the best.

if you are not sure of your supplier, any contract in china can not help. if things turn sour, do you have time for the china court.

protect yourself with the payment terms, and check the goods before shipment.
