paypal cash to china privately (not ebay)
an ebay seller from China who's delivered items before and has a good record on ebay has sent me a paypal invoice. i tend to trust this guy but wondering about any protection in case something goes wrong as it's for items worth $900.00 usd` - i can understand him wanting to avoid ebay but does it make my paypal purchase less safe? he suggests shipping by ems
