Default ethical malpractice in china from an australian based school

Dear sir, i am a USA citizen working in china for an australian based school. The school's name is australia is the peninsula school. it is time for contract renewal and i had a meeting with the director of the program here in china. at this meeting a renewal contract, firm offer, was discussed and agreed upon. in this meeting. it was stated that the following week we would sign the contract. two weeks have passed and now they are telling me that i will have to wait till the end of the month because they are still concedering my renewal. chinese law states that once an oral agreement has been made it is bound by law. the reasons for the delay are that i am not a suitable teacher. querry what consistutes a suitable teacher? i have fulfilled my obligations in a timely fashion, my students show a marked improvement, recorded, based on tests and the school in china supports me and has the desire for me to remain as a teacher. querry, can i bing suit on the school for unethical practices in china due to their representative who is directly incharge of the actual teacher program here in china? what i mean by unethical is this, she has coercered the school to hire her spouse under the pretext of support staff but in reality is there to spy on us. she does not inform teachers of the actual class that there is a parent/teacher meeting but rather selects who is to be involved, if a teacher argues with her then his/ her contract is terminated and/ or renwal offer revoked. when students complain against a teacher that is australian she disregards said complaint and when that students praise a teacher who is not australian she tosses those letters into the rubbnish bin and punishes the teacher for being well liked. she singles out teachers who leave early but does not chastice the australian teachers for leaving early. she tells us that she has no direct say in contract negotiations but then interfeers with the process by coersing the chinese director. she has constantly shown to us that she plays favorites with teachers who kiss her ass and punishes the teachers who don't. in essence, nepetism and out right lies are being told. querry, what course of action can we take to a; have her removed b; file against the school for discrimination and c; hiring practices that violate the australian school policy? thank you for reading this and i look forward to your reply.
sincerely
