EMS Tracking = No information available?

Hi,

I ordered something on friday from China. Seller shipped it same day evening time(GMT+8), SO I gues delivery proccess would start from saturday.

But the EMS tracking side is giving me no info with the tracking number provided...

How long will it take to arrive from China to UK?
Any problem with the parcel?


Sorry never used EMS before. I either use Registered airmail or DHL.

When you say the, "...EMS tracking side is giving me no info with the tracking number provided...", what precisely do you mean?

Do you mean that your number isn't recognised?

Yes, sorry.
The EMS website is telling me "信息提示:No information for this tracking."

Well it says that even when you put any random number "信息提示:No information for this tracking."

usually comes up after 1-2 days
or you can use ems tracking number
to parcelforce website.

Hi ! I am facing the same problem too, I have place order form China and they said that they already shipped the items and give me the tracking number.

I tried it in the EMS website and it show the same message as either

is not register or not available.

The shipment have been arranged since Saturday June 13, 2009.

Could you please advice?

Me, the original topic creator again.

EMS supposed to be EXPRESS DELIVERY, but I ordered many more things with EMS after that.. and all arrived after 7 days...

I ordered other things from a HK base website called DX(not going to say whole website name). They ship free airmail registerd, and it took me 4 days...
I ordered many more things from there, free airmail registered shipping, everything arrived within 4-7 days after shipped.

I had 5 EMS mails sofar, all of them took 7 days...

What a "crap" Express delivery service...

I AM WAITING ON THE AME THINGS U ARE, I WOULD BET MONET. I THINK MOST OF THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT.I GOT MY TRACKING NUMBERTODAY, GOING FROM CHINA TO USA, AND IT SAID NO INFO ......NOW ALOT OF THESE TYPES OF MAILINGS DONT ACTUAKLLY PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM UNTIL IN HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. ALOT OF REGISTERED US MAIL IS LIKE THAT. WHO KNOWS THIS COULD BE THE SAME. THE id # DOESNT GET PUT IN UNTUIL ACTUAOL SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY. OR MAYBE IT TAKES 2 OR 3 DAYS TO GET IT IN THE SYSTEM.

This time its exceptional...
The EMS page is showing "Despatched" the last few days.
UK parcelforce has no information on the parcel, I have contacted them.


The seller contacted his agent, aparently it is still on its way to london. "3-4" days to arrive to london?

I am really scared this time. What componsation do I get, if parcel is lost?

I've been getting shipments from China using EMS for some time now, and find that it usually takes a couple of days for the tracking number to be put in the system. As far as delivery goes, it has always taken about a week and a half. This is to Canada.

Working days or just normal days?
