EMS Tracking = No information available?

after a cupple of days of reciving tracking number this poped up this item was suposed to be sent to the US I still have not seen anything or any replys from seller EMS shiping Blows tracking number was from the 13th shows delivery right back to where it was sent from

i purchased from a website called air-randy.us a week ago from today on Friday. It's supposed to be coming EMS. Have never done this before. I haven't received a tracking number and the only reply from my messages have been we will email you your shipping number later. That was three days ago and still nothing. Anybody know if there is anything I should be concerned about. How long do you think from China to Us? Also has anyone purchased from this website before?? thanks for any help.........
