I bought an item from an ebay member, have yet to receive it
Hello! I was watching an item on ebay and was interested in buying it.
The next day, the item had been closed. The seller contacted me and offered to sell it to me at a great price. Like a fool, I agreed, and conducted a wire transfer to his bank account. This was April 14, and I have yet to receive it. The seller claims the shipping was more expensive than he realized, and was looking into finding a cheaper means to ship it. I realize that conducting a wire transfer is much like throwing money out the window, but what recourse do I have to get my item, or better yet, get my money back! Thanks |

Inform his bank and claim fraud and ask for the wire also to be reversed--sometimes they will do so.
Sue in small claims too. Or get the world law lawyers after him for fraud! __ It says I cannot vote for some reason in your poll just FYI?? |
