Can the authorities close my 15 month-old company for missing taxes by just 25 days?

Not really that quickly normally--who is telling you that.

But you need to pay asap or you will incur penalties.

If need be have World Law's staff in China intervene; I am sure they could help resolve.

They may freeze you, but I doubt they'd close you.

Get it sorted ASAP, though, as I've seen them freeze bank accounts here too as quick as a flash and then taking several weeks to have them unfrozen.

They don't mess about, so make it snappy.

If you need an accountant to resolve the issue I can help you. Although, your Chinese accountant should have made sure this didn't happen in the first instance.

Taxes need to be filed on a monthly basis without fail.

One cock-up and they come straight down on you.
