Unhappy CHINA SCAM????

Hi!
I bought a phone from this site www.myehomebuy.com
I send the money via bank transfer. They receive the money and ship via EMS but thats what they answer me:

Your item was sent to you yesterday morning, but today morning, the CIQ gave us a call to tell me that the item is still in CIQ of China ,needing to pay Customs 137.5EUR, our company can not afford to pay that, because our item's price is so low. so you need to pay the customs tax by yourself. You must pay the customs to our company and our company will pay that to CIQ 137.5EUR. If you can not pay that tax your item will still be in CIQ. They won't release the parcel to you until you have paid the customs.

I think your item will be still in CIQ about 3days. It is free in CIQ for TWO days but over two days, you will have to pay storage fees of of your goods at customs.

What should i do, please help me

THANK YOU

FORGET IT, as you'll never see either your money or your phone.

this site has changed its name to www.easylifeing.com
www.easylifeing.com is a fraud chinese website !! This website introduces some products that it never have. All transactions are unsecure and accept no credit cards and paypal. The paypal method is in their options but anytime they don't accept by some reasons!
The tel number is given is fake !!
Method of their fraud : After they confirm your payment, they request a much value for CUSTOM !! That it is so stupid because import needs custom not export!! If you don't accept, they offer a bigger deal to get more money from you, If you accept, you will loose your money in bigger deal, and if you refuse, they try to insult you , hence you will loose your money.
Be care full about online stores they dont accept credit cards. Thay are all scamers. And you will loose a lot of money.
The biggest chinese scamer is EASYLIFEING .

THIS IS AN EMAIL THAT I RESEIVED FROM A FRIEND :It is a large wholesaler who trade mainly in all kinds of electronical products for promotion. To my surprise, their products are very low price and high quality.

I bought an iphone from this website last month, and the iphone works very well! I think it is a shopping paradise which can bring you much benefit, so i want to share it with you! It is really worthy to have a try.

Best Regards!

AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED : I SHOWED THIS TO MY HUSBAND AND HE DESIDE TO CHECK IT OUT , BECAUSE WE KNOW THE FRIEND SO WE DIDN’T DOUBT , MY HUSBAND LIKED ONE NIKIA PHONE AND HE WANTED TO BUY IT , BUT THE ONLINE SUPPORT TOLD HIT THAT HE HAS TO BUY 3 ON THAT LOW PRISE , AND HE ASKED THEM IF THE PRODUCTS R REAL AND WHY SO CHEAP, THEY EXPLAIN THAT THE GET THEM FROM FINLAND AND THAY R A WHOLE SALERS THATS WHY THEY SALE THEM FOR LESS . HOWEVER MY HUSBAND DESIDED TO BUY THEM , SO HE SENT MONEY THROUGH WESTERN UNION , 3 DAYS LATER THEY CONTACT HIM THROUGH EMAIL SAYING THAT THE BORDER OF CHINA WANTS TO CHARGE THE PAKAGE 259 EURO DUTY ,OR IF HE WANTS HE CAN ORDER SOMETHING ELSE AND IF THE TOTAL IS 8OO EURO THEY WILL COVER THE DUTY. NOW ITS BEEN A WEEK AND WE WERE SUPPOSE TO RESEIVED THEM BY THURSDAY THE -PAST WEEK, NO MORE ONLINE SUPPORT NOTHING , TODAY MY HUSBAND START LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK BUT OFCOURSE IT IS NOT OPEN FOR PUBLIC SO WE FOUND YOUR WEB SIDE . IF U HAVE ANY SUGGESTION HOW WE CAN WANR EVERYBODY SO NOBODY GET SCAM LIKE US TELL US , WE LOST HOPPEFULLY NOBODY ELSE THANK U FOR TAKING TIME READING IT

The same person now has a new website, its called :

www.wholesaler-electronic.com

Seemed like a good quality site, and I must say the guy has put a lot of effort to make it look legit. And it would to a commoner I guess. I was thinking of buying iPhones from this guy but then, something seemed amiss, there were no credit card payment methods, despite VISA and Paypal being sited as payment gateways. The only thing they offered was a bank transfer and western union, just like other online scams. So I did a little online research on it and found that It shows the same whois result, the fake china address, the same fake phone no as www.easylifeing.com and then my suspecisons were proved right. Beware of any site which does not accept credit cards, because bank transfers and western union money transfer are untraceable in third world counties.

Hi, I have just been SCAMMED by a "company" that sells cell phones, laptops, and all that kind of stuff. The web page is WWW.THETOPELECTRONIC.COM, and the email address is kyle8008@hotmail.com. I bought more than a thousand dollars in iphones, and as all china fraud they didn't arrived. They gave me a tracking number for EMS shipping company, the tracking number was original but it was a tracking number to another place. They told me at the beginning that they were a serious business and that they wanted a long term business with me an all that bull**** they say to everybody. This was my first time making business with someone in china via internet. I have a small electronic business in Colombia (south America) and my suppliers were always from the States (very serious and punctual), but the prices weren't as cheap as the electronics of this fake china company. So I wanted to try with this china companies, that they say they have cheap electronics because the assembled factory of Mac, nokia, blackberry is in china, BULL****!!! DON'T BELIEVE IN THIS CHINA STORY!!

Listen people we have to do something and we can, they are thousands of people who have been scammed just like me and you. We need to build a big community against these thieves that plays with our moral and trust. I’m looking forward to make kind of a web page, a huge database with the names and address of these thieves, a place where people around the world can not only place their experience, but also start thinking of taking some action against this frauds. For example, contact big electronic companies like Mac, Nokia, Sony, etc and ask them where they have their assembled factories and stuff like that, so we can’t be cheated with fake info from the scammers, It’s time to make difference against this people who scam good and honest people around the world.

My email is globotronik@gmail.com; I’m open to ideas, question, everything, anyone who wants to write me, go ahead, let start making some changes. I speak English and Spanish. Let’s build a world solid community.

Thanks
