They helped me resolve a Singapore failure to deliver issue.

Not sure about China?

If you are not sure ask them before you buy.

PayPal is worst when dealing in digital products and in case if seller send you wrong goods. I sold two domain names for $1100 and buyer claimed for charge back after I transferred both to his name. I couldn't do anything. PayPal didn't listen to me. The other time when I ordered PS3 for $200 from a Chinese company they sent me Jordan shoes.

Paypal can assit you refund all your cost within 45 days only if the supplier's account is not empity. very few supplier would like to close a paypal account for scamminng little money, so generally, paypal is a secure payment method compare with others, if you are scammed with paypal, then bad luck!!!

In fact, payment method is not a really problem, if the supplier wanna scam you he can do it in every way, so you should check the information carefully before regular order unless you go to the company to do business face to face.

Sincerety is the most important for long time business, as well as trusty, most suppliers want to do real business firstly, just some ones consider your accepted price is too low that he can not make any profit and also dont wanna lose you as customers, then scamming begins. While after all, those suppliers are very small quantity. most ones are good, you should keep your clear!

Yes, many items coming from China are with very good price and can help you to make big profit, but that's only many not all, so you should choose the correct item to make sure you can also find the right supplier from China. For example, someone want to find original international brands laptop such as Sony from China at wholesale price, obviously it is impossible, maybe the supplier will send you a copy one at the original price, but then ur profit is gone!

hope this helps you have a clear knowledge towards China products and suppliers, if you wanna know more feel free contact with me: hxstech@hotmail.com

Nice day!

Unhappy Re: Paypal will not protect you

You are 100% correct that paypal will not protect your purchase. As I noted on another discussion, I ordered a product from an "emil khan" who gave me a tracking number but never shipped my item to me. I waited and waited. I contacted the seller. No response. I appealed and clearly stated that I wanted a refund because he never sent me the item. The tracking number was linked on my paypal account, but it is obvious that whoever was in charge of the "resolution" didn't actually look at it or anything I said about the case, because they told me the solution for me was to ship the product back! Yes, they told me they would give me a refund for a missing item if I sent the missing item back! It is impossible to ship back something I never received. Paypal will not protect you. Do NOT believe what paypal says about protecting customers from fraud!

Paypal protection is something of a myth. You may have some protection if you buy from a genuine Paypal licenced site, but if the seller just gives you his Paypal details unconnected to his scamming site then you will get nothing back unless he has some funds in his account, which of course he won't. A read of Paypal's terms and conditions will quickly tell you that, while they'll do their best, they guarantee nothing.
