I am really hoping you can help me.You may think that this is nothing to do with your legal field and I hope it is.
This is a theoretical question but would a foreigner(British)person have the right to sue(or just make them loose face)if they use her photo for publicity or for example a school after she has left the company and never gave or signed over permission for them to do so and does not wish to be associated with such an establishment?
