Default Hong Kong law re blocked access

Does the mainland government have the right to block internet access to the HK population if they don't like content on our site?

We are now dealing with many HK Chinese customers but not other cities.

The mainland government does not censor Hong Kong as they do the rest of the country. The agreement where the British gave back control allows Hong Kong its basic freedoms for at least 50 years.
