Can the patent I have the in the USA protect me in China as well if I contract to have them produce the product there?

As to the US merket yes. But not fully in China.
You likely need to put a strict nondisclosure agreement in place before working on your prototypes. And use only well-established long term manufacturers. |

Because US companies are exploiting the patent laws.Like red button to halt a phone is patented...
WTF...Why do such inventions even need protection? Really, the protection should not be more than 1000 times the cost of invention, depending on invention. So if you want to protect the Phone with red buttons, you should get pennies... |

Can I use a lawyer from China through the site here?
Not sure where I contact then directly but will look over it all here. Needs to be fluent in chinese and Spanish preferably |
