Default China confidentiality agreement

I am building a new mold with a firm in china. We will see how it goes on a limited basis at first.

But we don't want them using our mold for a product after they create it. Could I get a confidentiality agreement signed by them and would it be binding?

How can you get sure that they are not using it after you?? Is there any legal law? Since what I know is that China copies everything and can make it available at very cheap rates...

in china, some factory will build the mold for your production. this mold own by the factory and agree to produce only for you. in this way, factory will need quantity order from you. you save at the start, but can not control.

my suggestion to my clients, employ mold shop to build the mold, production by another factory. and i keep the mold after production.
